Rasmus has gained experience from his jobs with Lego, Vestas, and Danfoss, just to mention a few. Rasmus came from the industry using steel, but he very quickly understood the benefits of products made with Dyneema^® fibres.

He says: “You need to understand your rope”. He is always digging deep to understand the specific application. Rasmus's mantra is “Mathematics is beautiful” (which is often a subject of discussion with colleagues) and he is always very helpful no matter what he is asked for. Rasmus cracks a lot of jokes – especially “Friday jokes” helping everybody to transfer into the weekend mood.
