Bruno is always looking carefully at the skills of the employees, supporting them, challenging them, and contributing to their further development.

In his spare time, he plays “Old Boys” football, sometimes resulting in a pulled muscle in the leg, so it is often we see him limping around the factory 😂 He has a very well-developed sense of humor and sense of irony, and he often initiates a good laugh.
